Advium advises Tapiola in real estate transaction

Tapiola Group has sold its real estate portfolio to the funds managed by Carlyle Group for 216 million euros.

Tapiola’s group companies, Tapiola General, Tapiola Life, Tapiola Corporate Life and Tapiola Pension,
has made an agreement to sell a real estate portfolio consisting of 30 properties to Carlyle Group.
The total lettable area of the portfolio is 140 000 square meters situated in large to medium sized cities in Finland.
The majority of the real estate properties are situated in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.

Advium acted as the financial advisor to the seller.
