Advium advised LocalTapiola Life and LocalTapiola General in the divestment of approx. €100 million of interests in two closed-end real estate funds called Tapiola KR III Ky and LähiTapiola Asuntosijoitus Suomi Ky. The funds are managed by LocalTapiola Real Estate Asset Management Ltd.
Founded in 2008, KR III invests in the development of the AINOA shopping centre and the apartment buildings on top of it in the Tapiola centre in Espoo. Asuntosijoitus Suomi, founded in 2015, invests in new rental apartment buildings in the Helsinki Region and the largest growth centres in Finland.
