Advium advised Ylva in the sale of Helsinki CBD real estate complex to a joint venture established by Keva, Mrec IM and HGR Property Partners. The lettable area of the real estate complex is approximately 40,000 sqm including the New and Old Student House, Citytalo, Kaivotalo, Kaivokatu 12 and Hansatalo.
