Advium Advisor to Rettig ICC

Advium acted as Rettig ICC’s financial advisor when Rettig ICC agreed to acquire 91 % of the shares in Emmeti S.p.A. from PM&Partners and Mario Martin. Emmeti is an Italian heating, ventilation and air conditioning company headquartered in Vigonovo de Fontanafredda. Emmeti has some 320 employees, and in 2014 the company generated a turnover of EUR 109 million.
Through the acquisition Rettig ICC enters new geographical markets and widens its product offering. The transaction is expected to be closed by the end of 2015.
