Sponda Plc has divested a retail property in Vantaa to Saka Hallikiinteistöt Oy, a company owned by Mandatum Life and Kaleva Mutual Insurance Company. The property comprises approx. 6 200 sqm and is visibly located in Petikko area next to the Ring Road III. Advium Corporate Finance acted as financial advisor to Sponda.
