Niam and Whitehall have sold a property in Lahti CBD to A. Ahlström Oy. The lettable area of the property is approx. 6,900 sqm and largest tenants are hotel Lahden Seurahuone and restaurant Rosso. The debt-free purchase price was approx. 8 million euros.
