Advium acted as the financial advisor to Alma Media Corporation in the acquisition of a 35% minority stake in Alma Mediapartners Oy for EUR 53 million. Following the completion of the transaction, Alma Mediapartners Oy will become a fully owned subsidiary of Alma Media Corporation.
