Advium advisor in the sale of a retail property portfolio

Advium acted as the seller’s advisor when NV Property Fund I Ky, a fund managed by NV Kiinteistösijoitus Oy, signed an agreement to sell three car retail properties to the Swedish listed property investment company AB Sagax. The lettable area of the buildings is approx. 26,600 sqm and the properties are located in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. The properties are fully let with long-term lease agreements.
