Advium advises Ilmarinen in the sale of a residential portfolio

Advium acted as Ilmarinen’s financial advisor when Ilmarinen sold a portfolio of over 1,200 apartments to OP-Rental Yield, a fund part of OP-Pohjola Group.
The majority of the assets in the portfolio were constructed in the 1990s and 2000s, and they are located in 15 different cities across Finland.
The transaction is one of the largest residential property transactions in Finnish history.
