Advium advisor in the sale of an office and production property

Advium acted as the seller’s advisor when NV Property Fund I Ky, a fund managed by NV Kiinteistösijoitus Oy, signed an agreement to divest an office and production property to the Swedish listed property investment company AB Sagax. The lettable area of the building is approx. 67,600 sqm and the property is located in Oulu, Finland. The property is fully let to a single tenant with a long-term lease agreement.
