Datscha: Advium the most active sales advisor

Based on transaction volume statistics of the Nordic property information company Datscha, Advium’s share of the total volume was approx. 38%. The number of transactions, altogether 12 in 2015, was also the highest among advisors.
Transactions completed by Advium in 2015 included Kesko’s €652 million sale and leaseback transaction, the sale of Sponda’s shares in Certeum to Blackstone and Ilmarinen’s sale of a residential portfolio with 1,200 apartments to OP Rental Yield fund.
