Advium financial advisor in Patria –transaction

Advium acted as the Finnish Government’s financial advisor in the divestment of 49.9 % of the shares in the Finnish defence company Patria to Kongsberg Gruppen. The purchase price of the shares is EUR 279 million.
The transaction was announced on 17.3.2016, and finally completed on 25.5.2016 once all relevant authority approvals were received.
