Advium advisor in a major portfolio transaction in the Baltics

Advium advised Kesko, the Rakauskas family and Zabolis Partners in a transaction where CPA:17 - Global acquired a 70 % stake in real estate investment vehicle UAB Baltic Retail Properties (BRP). In connection with the transaction, Kesko sold seven retail properties in Estonia and Latvia to BRP, and acquired a 10% stake in the company.
Kesko Senukai signed 15-year leases for all 19 assets owned by BRP. The transaction is valued at app. EUR 174 million and is one of the largest ever in the Baltics.
