Advium prepared a fairness opinion to the Board of Directors of Ilmarinen in connection with the merger of the mutual pension insurance companies Ilmarinen and Etera. The new company will manage the pension cover of more than 1.1 million Finns, making it the largest Finnish private-sector insurer measured with the number of customers and premiums written.
