Advium Sanoma’s advisor in the sale of prime CBD office property

Advium acted as the seller’s advisor when Sanoma agreed to divest a prime CBD office property to a fund managed by Aberdeen Standard Investments.
The property has a total area of 13,900 sqm and it is situated in the Helsinki CBD at Ludviginkatu 2-10. Sanoma’s head office was located in the property until 2014 after which Sanoma has leased out the premises to external tenants. The Helsingin Sanomat Foundation and the Päivälehti Museum it manages are also operating in the property.
