Advium advisor to Konstsamfundet

Advium advised Konstsamfundet in the acquisition of 30.9 % of the Lasipalatsi property from the City of Helsinki. Lasipalatsi is a 1930s functionalist landmark in the Helsinki CBD.
The parties have negotiated an agreement where Konstsamfundet’s subsidiary Mercator Fastigheter acquires the remaining shares representing a 30.9 % ownership from the City of Helsinki. The negotiated purchase price is € 33.5 million.
The transaction is expected to be finalized during 2019.
