Advium acted as the advisor for the bankruptcy estate of ICON Corporation Ltd, when the funds Samla Asunnot Ky and Samla Toimitilat II Ky managed by Samla Capital acquired the Mariankatu 23 property located in Kruununhaka, Helsinki. The property comprise of three buildings built in 1885 and one built in 1930. The buildings have a total area of approx. 13,500 sqm. The buildings will be converted to a hotel and apartments.
