Advium advisor to Alma Media in Nettix acquisition

Advium acted as the financial advisor to Alma Media Corporation in the acquisition of Nettix Oy, the leading marketplace for motor vehicles, from Otava Group, for EUR 170 million. The acquisition is expected to take place in the turn of March and April 2021.
