Advium advised the seller when a fund managed by Schroders agreed on the sale of office property Gradus in Helsinki to eQ Community Properties.
Gradus is a modern office property finished in 2000 and located close to Meilahti hospital area. The building comprise of approx. 8,000 sqm of lettable area and the main tenant of the property is HUS.
