Advium acted as the financial advisor to the seller when Avain Yhtiöt sold Renevo Oy to a Swedish private equity fund managed by Adelis Equity Partners.
Renevo is a Finnish construction company that is specialized in larger renovation projects in Helsinki, Lahti and Jyväskylä regions. The company had net sales of EUR 43 million in 2020.
