Advium advised the sellers in the sale of Helsinki CBD property

Advium advised the sellers when Association of Finnish Pharmacies and Helsingfors Gymnastikklubb agreed on a sale of a Helsinki CBD office property to Areim. The property consists of a city block between Pieni Roobertinkatu, Ratakatu and Yrjönkatu. Helsingfors Gymnastikklubb will remain as a minority owner of the property and will continue their operations in the sports hall.
