Advium advisor to Trill Impact in the acquisition of Raksystems

Advium acted as the financial advisor to Trill Impact in the acquisition of Raksystems from MB Funds. Raksystems offers building inspections and services both for consumer and business customers, green building services, as well as related renovation and new construction projects in both Finland and Sweden.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial terms of the transaction. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory merger control approval.
