Advium advisor in the sale of hospital property

Advium acted as the seller’s advisor when Kymsote-Kiinteistöt agreed on the sale of a psychiatric hospital in Kouvola to Hemsö. Kymsote will continue to run the hospital and has signed a 20-year lease agreement.
The hospital was completed in 2006 and has approximately 8,800 sqm of lettable area. The hospital specializes in the psychiatric treatment of different age groups, also providing functional rehabilitation.
