Advium Corporate Finance is pleased to have advised Purmo Group on the successful sale-and-leaseback of two mission-critical manufacturing facilities in Poland.
Purmo Group, a leading European provider of sustainable indoor climate solutions, is owned by Apollo Funds and Rettig. The facilities were acquired by W. P. Carey, a leading net lease real estate investor.
Comprising approximately 83,400 square metres, the facilities have been leased back to Purmo Group under a 20-year triple-net lease. Strategically located along key transport routes in western Poland, they produce the majority of Purmo Group’s panel radiators - its largest business line - and provide efficient access to distribution markets across Europe.
The transaction continues Advium’s work with Purmo Group and its owners, following our role advising Apollo and Rettig on their 2024 public cash tender offer for the company. The sale-and-leaseback releases capital from real estate to support Purmo Group’s long-term growth ambitions, while preserving operational control of these strategically important facilities.
